CLOQUET, MN — The Anchorage Wolverines are heading home down 2–1 to the Minnesota Wilderness in the Midwest Division Semifinals, but the path forward is simple: win and force game five.

Anchorage opened the weekend with a statement, stealing game one in a 3–2 battle and controlling play across all three periods. The momentum flipped in games two and three, where the Wilderness found their stride, combining for nine goals while holding the Wolverines scoreless.

Now, it comes down to discipline. Stay out of the box, play fast, and capitalize.

Back on home ice at Sullivan Arena, the Wolverines have one more life, and they’ll need their crowd behind them.

This is it.

If Anchorage takes care of business Friday night, a decisive game five will follow on Saturday, April 25 at 7:30 PM. Tickets for game five will go on sale immediately after Friday’s final buzzer.

The alternative? The season ends here. And this group isn’t ready for that.

Wolverines Nation: bring the energy. Bring the noise. Bring the rage.
