Anchorage Wolverines Collect Its First Victory as a Member of the North American Hockey League 2-1 Over the Danbury Jr. Hat tricks
Coming off a 4-3 Showcase loss to the El Paso Rhinos, the Wolverines bounced back Thursday with a 2-1win over the Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks.
Scoring for the the Wolverines first, Drake Albers lit the lamp at 10:32 in the second period. That momentum carried into the third, when Jackson Krock buried one top shelf with just 4 minutes remaining. The game winning the goal was assisted by Colin Hedland and Campbell Cichosz.
Between the pipes Raythan Robbins, an Anchorage native blocked 25 of 26 goals faced.
